Clear terms for buying and using MEDIADUSTRY digital products.

1. About MEDIADUSTRY

2. Scope and orders

These terms apply to every offer and agreement made through mediadustry.com. We sell digital products and services including AI templates, prompts, creative systems and AI avatar products. Product pages state the content, price, VAT where applicable, delivery method and any specific licence terms. An agreement is formed when we confirm the order. Obvious errors do not bind us.

3. Payment and digital delivery

Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. Ready-made products are normally delivered after successful payment by download link, email or customer account. Custom work is delivered within the timeframe stated on the product page or order confirmation.

4. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may end once delivery begins, but only if the consumer expressly agrees to immediate delivery, acknowledges the resulting loss of the withdrawal right and receives confirmation. If those legal requirements are not met, statutory rights remain unaffected.

Where a service or custom project starts during the withdrawal period at the consumer’s express request, a proportionate amount may be payable for work already performed. The right can end after full performance only where all legal consent and confirmation requirements have been met.

5. Licence

Unless a product page says otherwise, the buyer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public sharing, uploading to a shared library or offering the source product as PLR or MRR is prohibited. A licence does not transfer ownership.

6. AI products and customer materials

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to third-party material. We do not guarantee a particular commercial result, exclusivity or fitness for a specific purpose. Customers must review output before use and remain responsible for applicable laws, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy, portrait rights and advertising standards.

By supplying text, images, voice, branding or personal data, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions. We use supplied material to perform the order and as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Conformity, support and refunds

Digital content and services must conform to the agreement. Report problems with your order number and a clear description. Where appropriate, we will repair, replace, reduce the price or refund in accordance with applicable law. We normally respond within 14 days.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual-property rights in the website and products remain with MEDIADUSTRY or its licensors. Use is limited to the licence granted with the product.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. For business customers, liability is limited, where legally permitted, to the amount paid for the relevant order. This does not apply to intent or deliberate recklessness.

10. Privacy, contact and complaints

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Questions and complaints can be sent to info@mediadustry.com. Please include your order number where relevant.

11. Governing law

Dutch law applies. Consumers retain the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence. Disputes are submitted to the court competent under applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when an order was placed continues to govern that order.
